A day dedicated to pancakes is something we can all get behind!
This year Pancake Day will be celebrated on Tuesday, 1 March and we encourage tuckshops to get involved.
We’ve pulled together some easy recipes to get you started.
Banana Pancakes
Pancakes and bananas are a winning combination. Take a look at this simple recipe and why not add some colour with some fresh or frozen blueberries, strawberries or raspberries.
